By accessing, registering on, or using the 8999bt platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor browsing the website, or a person utilising any feature of the service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. The following general betting rules apply across all markets on 8999bt:

For casino games — including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and slot games — all game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of real-world game equipment streamed live from studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. 8999bt does not influence the outcome of any game. 8999bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on 8999bt:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8999bt platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated winnings voided, and any outstanding balance subject to review prior to release.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.

• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement to close the account
• Extended account inactivity (accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

• Damages arising from the player's reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate
• Losses sustained as a result of betting or wagering activity, including losses arising from disputed bet settlements

8999bt operates a platform that, by its nature, involves real-money wagering. Players accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome of all forms of betting and casino gaming. The platform provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion — to assist players in managing their activity within safe parameters. Use of these tools is the player's own responsibility.

8999bt makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, the platform may experience downtime due to scheduled maintenance (which will be communicated in advance where possible), unplanned technical faults, third-party network failures, or events outside 8999bt's reasonable control (force majeure). 8999bt shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that arise directly or indirectly from such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

8999bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, we may notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at the next login.

Your continued use of the 8999bt platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any change made to these terms, you should cease using the platform and contact our support team to discuss account closure.

8999bt recommends that all players review this page periodically — at minimum once every 90 days — to remain informed of any changes. Archived versions of prior Terms & Conditions are available upon written request by contacting [email protected].
